We are a Cayman Islands holding company focused on expanding access to plant-based food products by developing a global portfolio of businesses that offer high-quality plant-based products and bridging the gap between two multi-billion-dollar industries: e-commerce and plant-based foods. As an early mover in the plant-based e-commerce industry, we consider ourselves the digital face of the plant-based community, and we seek to represent the one-stop-shop for everything plant-based. On our PlantX and Vegan Essentials e-commerce platforms, we offer more than 5,000 plant-based products directly to consumers throughout North America and in the United Kingdom. In addition to offering a large assortment of plant-based products on the internet, the PlantX platform acts as a resource to make a plant-based lifestyle more accessible by fostering a community of like-minded individuals. For example, visitors on the PlantX platform will find resources and information regarding plant-based diets and brands that will help broaden their understanding of the types of products we offer. Additionally, visitors on the PlantX platform will find direct links to our YouTube channel where they can view instructional cooking videos. To supplement and increase awareness of our e-commerce platforms, we have begun incorporating physical store fronts into our growth strategy under the XMarket brand name.
